         Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a specialized treatment that releases restrictions within the fascial network (connective tissue) enabling stuck, hardened and dehydrated areas to become pliable, soft and hydrated.

The client may not feel feel a lot happening during the treatment but will feel relaxed and feel freer and lighter after the treatment. MFR can also increase energy, increase breathing capacity, restore muscle function and postural alignment, relieve physical and emotional strain. It can help balance the body and promote self healing and relaxation. MFR increases the body's own restorative powers by improving circulation and nervous system transmission.

Myofascial release is a gentle, yet powerful, form of therapy that targets the connective tissues, or fascia, which envelops our muscles, organs, and bones. This approach gently eases into the fascial network, applying sustained pressure to release fascial restrictions and restore movement. It's a technique I use with warmth and professionalism, aimed at supporting your body's natural healing capabilities and promoting a profound sense of wellbeing.

From the first session, many clients experience a significant reduction in pain and an increase in mobility. This is because myofascial release addresses the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms. By freeing up restrictions within the fascia, this technique helps to eliminate pain, enhance flexibility, and improve posture.
